These sessions are regularly available on the first Monday of every month at 7 pm EST, and some sessions are offered on special occasions (such as New & Full Moon). Check the calendar for the schedule.

Monthly Group healing consists of short teaching and explanation followed by aligning the body's energies and clearing unresolved emotions using B.E.S.T (Bioenergetic Synchronization Technique).

An energy session activates the body's innate ability to heal. Open your mind, open your heart, and experience the benefits of energy healing with the power of group intention.

There is nothing you need to do to prepare except to be in a quiet place lying down. Your camera can remain off; you only need to be able to hear my instructions.
